- are MOCA (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) compliant under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 (Regulation – 1935/2004 – EN – EUR-Lex);
- are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food under Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 (Regulation – 2023/2006 – EN – EUR-Lex);
- comply with Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging and packaging waste | EUR-Lex) on managing packaging and packaging waste.
