Water Filtration and Branded Bottle FAQs

Switching from bottled water to filtration typically costs a fraction of ongoing bottled-water spend (average savings of 75-80%), with most hospitality sites recovering the installation cost within months. See our detailed, data-backed report on the real economics of water filtration solutions versus bought-in single-use bottles, with full cost breakdowns and comparisons.

We’ll design the optimal system for your venue and help you create your own branded bottles, all for installation within 1-2 weeks.

Below are the questions we’re asked most often by hotels, care homes, education venues, wedding and event venues, clubs and caterers – grouped by cost, filtration, systems, branded bottles, installation, care & maintenance,  sustainability, our clients and EcoPure Waters.

Every answer here is drawn from real installations across our client base, from boutique hotels and schools to national care home groups, and is updated as our data changes. If your question isn’t covered, contact us and we’ll answer it directly.

Cost

Systems can be acquired (with monthly care & maintenance) or rented (including care & maintenance), with pricing based on your chosen configuration and venue size.

On average, our clients save 75-80% versus bought-in, single-use glass bottled water. Use our savings calculator for a quick estimate specific to your venue and volume.

Most sites using reasonable volumes of water recover the cost of switching within months, since the savings on bottled water, delivery and waste/recycling charges begin from day one of installation. See our detailed, data-backed report for estimated payback periods.

Bottles and ancillaries (artwork, crates, washer trays, caps etc) are quoted separately from your system, based on your chosen bottle style and size. We aim to print bottles within 1-2 weeks of artwork approval.
