Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons Case Study
Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons
Overview
Founded and created by Raymond Blanc OBE, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a Belmond Hotel, Oxfordshire has been the place where gastronomy, gardens and culture come alive in stunning surroundings.
As pioneers of seasonality, sustainability and sourcing locally, they received two Michelin stars in 1984, the first year of opening and, remarkably, have held them ever since.
The 32 unique rooms are surrounded by lawns, flower borders and orchards, the setting is postcard-perfect. But beyond the eye-catching displays are vegetable and herb gardens that provide the kitchen with ultra-fresh, organic produce. They pride themselves in excellence across everything they provide which is why they have partnered with EcoPure Waters.
