Yes. Our filters are NSF certified under NSF / ANSI Standards 42 and 53, the leading industry protocols for water filtration systems. Standard 42 ensures the removal of aesthetic impurities like chlorine, taste, and odor. Standard 53 verifies the reduction of harmful, health-related contaminants such as lead, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and microbial cysts.

Installation

What are your installation requirements?

All our systems require a cold water feed with a standard 15mm BSP isolator. Depending on the system, 2 or 3 13-amp sockets are required. Certain dispense options such as the Blu Glass and Flow Taps require a hole in a countertop to fit. Drainage is optional.

Once any remedial works are complete we can generally install your system within 1-2 weeks.

Space is required for your countertop or under-counter cooler/carbonator unit, your dispense unit and your filter-board. The dimensions for each element can be found in the systems brochure, downloadable on our systems page.

Care & Maintenance

How regularly are your systems serviced?

Our scheduled servicing and maintenance visits are every 6 months.

Our servicing includes full system sanitisation, new replacement filters, new UV bulbs (annually), system maintenance as required, including any parts required.

Yes. Our user manual provided to customers details daily cleaning requirements.

We aim to fix any issues within 24 hours if they cannot be resolved immediately.

Sustainability

Do your solutions reduce plastic and single-use waste?

Yes. Our filtration systems replace disposable bottled water with refillable glass bottles and on‑site purification, providing significant waste and carbon reductions. We estimate our combined customers in the UK save over 18 million single-use bottles annually.

On‑site filtration removes the need for manufacturing, transporting, and disposing/recycling of bottled water. Venues typically reduce CO2 emissions by 60–90% depending on usage volume and previous reliance on bottled products.
