Initial installation of your filtration system is usually very quick and easy, following a dedicated site survey detailing your water and power requirements. Installation is typically completed within just 1-2 weeks.

Regular Servicing
Full sanitisation of your water filtration system, replacement filters and UV bulbs (minimum twice a year – essential to ensure your water is always in optimum condition).
On-Site Operations and Hygiene Training
On-site training for your staff to fully equip them in understanding your water filtration system on the day of installation. We will also supply you with comprehensive literature to assist staff in the day-to-day care of your system.
Full Parts Replacement
On-site replacement covering all components. Coolers and carbonators will not only be replaced but upgraded through your C&M term at no extra cost to you. This means your equipment will not age.
Emergency Call-Out Cover
Peace of mind. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, our engineering support team will always try to correct any problems over the phone. Failing that, a visit will be immediately scheduled.
Full Telephone and Technical Support
Access to our FREE emergency call-out service – we are on hand seven days a week.
System and Technology Upgrades
Our systems never age. Any replacement parts will be substituted with the most up-to-date models.
