Melton’s is a fine dining restaurant serving modern British food known widely as one of York’s leading restaurants. Melton’s is featured in all the major food guides and has Two AA Rosettes. It is renowned for serving high-quality food in a relaxed and informal atmosphere with an ever-changing, eclectic, wine list.
I am proud to say that our partnership with EcoPure Waters has been a successful and long-lasting one. Our water filtration system was installed by EcoPure in January 2000, and since then, we have been consistently impressed with the quality and reliability of their service.
We take great care to ensure that every aspect of our offering matches the high standards we set for ourselves. We believe that our guests deserve nothing less than the best, whether it’s in the food we serve or the water we offer them.
We serve around 5,000 litres of water per year. EcoPure Waters’ offering has helped us maintain a positive and proactive approach to our sustainability effort. We believe that sustainability is the right thing for the environment, our customers, staff, and community.
