Jarrold is a well-known independent department store in the city of Norwich. It was founded in 1770 and has been operating in Norwich for over 250 years. The store is located in the heart of the city and has four restaurants and three bars, in addition to a well-stocked Food Hall, making it a popular destination for food-loving locals and tourists alike.
For the past five years, EcoPure Waters has been providing us with their eco-friendly water filtration and reusable glass bottle solution, and we could not be happier with the quality of their product and the level of customer service we have received.
Our partnership with EcoPure Waters began in April 2018 when we commissioned them to supply our new bistro restaurant, The Exchange, with their eco-friendly, pure, still and sparkling filtered water. Since then, we have increased the supply to include our Benji’s restaurant, The Bay Seafood & Wine Bar, and Chapters Coffee Bar, allowing us to provide high-quality drinking water throughout the store.
Each of our catering venues has been supplied with uniquely and elegantly branded 375ml tamper-evident, screw-top glass bottles, which have been well-received by our customers. The bottles are champagne-strength, machine washable, and reusable, which has enabled us to save over 60,000 bottles per year from landfill, oceans, and costly disposal schemes.
We have been deeply impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service we have received from EcoPure Waters. Scaling up our supply of filtered water to supply each venue has been the right decision, and EcoPure Waters has worked hard to make the journey as smooth and cost-efficient as possible. We are proud to be the first major department store in the UK to be exclusively supplied by EcoPure Waters purified water, and we look forward to continuing the journey.
