The independent Queensberry Hotel, one of the most beautiful hotels in Bath, is run by husband and wife team Laurence & Helen Beere. With experience at Claridges, The Savoy, Cliveden, Palace Hotel Gstaad and Bath’s Royal Crescent, Laurence and Helen have a passion for detail and an inherent belief that every little thing matters.

The Stones Hotel

Set in the south Wiltshire countryside, The Stones Hotel is just minutes away from the world famous Stonehenge and the picturesque cathedral city of Salisbury. Following significant investment, the hotel’s 44 bedrooms, excellent conference facilities and new open plan terrace, bar and restaurant guarantee a comfortable and enjoyable visit for guests.

"With the EcoPure Waters’ filtration system we can produce our own great-tasting chilled and filtered water on demand. The water, still and sparking, is served in our own elegant bottles which are printed with the Hotel’s logo and a sustainability message. Now we’re serving our own water - which tastes as good as the water we previously bought-in - and we’re also promoting our own brand to our customers, which is a really neat solution.”

“The real story, however, lies in our cost savings. We’ve calculated the cost of producing our own water using the EcoPure system at around nine pence per bottle. This includes; the cost of the tamper-proof cap; staff costs for washing and filling the bottles; the energy used by the filtration system; and the cost of the water itself. We’re lucky to have our own water supply via a borehole, but even if we were using mains water it would add less than one pence per litre".
