As part of our loyalty scheme, you will receive a £10 monthly discount on the Care & Maintenance Package for any additional systems you purchase. This comprehensive package covers regular servicing, full parts replacement, emergency call-out cover, plus more, giving you peace of mind and additional cost savings.

Free Rebrand of Your Bottles

As a loyal EcoPure partner, we are pleased to offer you a free redesign of your bottle artwork, customised to your specific requirements. Whether it’s your logo, company name, or any other branding elements, our team will work closely with you to ensure that your bottle artwork showcases your unique identity.

Joining our loyalty scheme is simple. As an existing customer, you are automatically eligible for these exclusive benefits. If you are considering adding additional water system to your establishment, our team will be more than happy to assist you in choosing the right solution and guiding you through the process.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in our Loyalty Scheme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) governing your membership and benefits.

Membership Eligibility

The EcoPure Waters Loyalty Scheme is open to existing customers who have purchased a water system from EcoPure Waters. Being an existing customer automatically makes you eligible for the benefits of the Loyalty Scheme.

Loyalty Scheme Benefits

1. 10% off the price of any additional filtered water systems you purchase:
   • By choosing to purchase additional EcoPure Waters water systems, you will receive a 10% discount on the purchase price.
   • This discount applies only to the base price of the additional systems and excludes any additional services or accessories.
   • The 10% discount is calculated based on the current list price only.
   • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or agreement.
   • The offer excludes water towers and capping machines.
2. £10 discount per month on any additional systems’ Care & Maintenance Package:
   • When you purchase additional water systems, you will receive a £10 monthly discount on the Care & Maintenance Package for each additional system.
   • The Care & Maintenance Package includes regular servicing, full parts replacement, emergency call-out cover, and other specified services.
   • The offer excludes water towers.
   • The second system must be located on the same site as the first.
3. Free rebrand of your bottles:
   • As a loyal EcoPure partner, you are entitled to a free redesign of your bottle artwork.
   • This offer is limited to one rebrand of one chosen bottle style and size, worth £195 + VAT, and cannot be claimed more than once per year.

Joining the Loyalty Scheme

If you are an existing customer, you are automatically enrolled in the EcoPure Waters Loyalty Scheme and eligible for the associated benefits. If you are considering adding additional water systems, our team will assist you in choosing the right solution and guide you through the process.

Duration and Modification of the Loyalty Scheme

EcoPure Waters reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Scheme at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to the Loyalty Scheme or its associated benefits will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.
